CHALLENGE
To project manage the production of 6 Episodes per season highlighting the rescue of snakes from human habitation
With Simon Keys and Siouxsie Gillett and more recently Mbali Mtshali as presenters, the film crew follow these experience snake catchers as they receive callouts from anxious people with a snake in their homes/offices. The stakes are high, and the danger is real - all making for an adrenalin-fuelled TV series that has been running for 10 seasons.
OUTCOME
All episodes delivered to the channel's satisfaction
My role was to manage the entire project, from pre-production, through production and post-production and including all deliveries to National Geographic. My role included team management, liaison with the channel, scheduling, trafficking, and an ability to understand every element of the production in order to effectively manage all teams.
